How long does it take to build a custom PC?
Our custom PCs typically take 2 to 4 weeks from start to delivery, depending on part availability and shipping speed.
Can I bring my own parts for you to build?
Yes, we offer computer building services starting at $150, which includes Windows installation and activation. Please note that there is no warranty on the components you provide.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit and debit payments for online purchases. For local deliveries, we also accept cash and e-transfer.
Do you ship your computers?
We ship across Canada directly from our website and offer shipping to the USA through our eBay store. For local customers, we provide free delivery to Campbell River and Sayward.
Do your computers come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our computers come with a 6-month warranty on new components, 3-month warranty on used components and 1-year technical support. However, please note that the warranty is void if damage is caused by the customer, including hardware damage from overclocking, issues caused by software or viruses, or physical damage. If you experience any issues within the warranty period, reach out to us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the problem!
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, as it is the purchaser’s responsibility to research the components and performance of the computer. However, if there is a major issue with the computer within the first week of receiving it, we will offer a refund or exchange.
What area do you offer free local delivery to?
We offer free delivery to the Campbell River and Sayward areas. We also provide delivery to further locations for an additional charge. Contact us for more details on delivery options and pricing to your specific area.
