Yes, we offer computer building services starting at $150, which includes Windows installation and activation. Please note that there is no warranty on the components you provide.

We do not currently ship our computers. Our focus is on local sales, serving the North Island of Vancouver Island. All of our custom PCs are available for local pickup only. We offer free local delivery to Campbell River and Sayward, with delivery to further locations available for an additional charge.

Yes, all of our computers come with a 6-month warranty on new components, 3-month warranty on used components and 1-year technical support. However, please note that the warranty is void if damage is caused by the customer, including hardware damage from overclocking, issues caused by software or viruses, or physical damage. If you experience any issues within the warranty period, reach out to us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the problem!

We do not accept returns or exchanges, as it is the purchaser’s responsibility to research the components and performance of the computer. However, if there is a major issue with the computer within the first week of receiving it, we will offer a refund or exchange.
